Citi’s Operations & Technology (O&T) group is looking for Summer Analysts to join its Summer Program. This 10-week Program includes various trainings, informative speaker series as well as networking opportunities. Throughout the program, Summer Analysts receive practical knowledge and valuable experience of working in multicultural organization. We start in the middle of June with 1-day onboarding and integration.

Operations and Technology (O&T) plays a central role in driving value for Citi and its clients. Citi’s O&T includes:

•           Chief Information Security Office (CISO) is responsible for analyzing cyber threat information designed to increase Citi's cyber threat awareness and protection levels.

•           Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) provide a critical technical foundation for the firm’s operations through the infrastructure that runs business and general user computing services.

Your time here will look something like this

The program embraces modern learning practices and is based around a winning combination of: Business-simulations, Team-based challenges and projects to reinforce new skills, Self-directed study with access to industry leading materials.

Summer Analysts have an opportunity to join IT and Data Analysis area and will be exposed to a variety of roles to help understand how technology works in our business and to build portfolio of technical and business skills. As Summer Analyst you will be also encouraged to participate in projects related to IT and business where you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the management and support of IT processes, data analysis and project management. The successful Summer Analysts would be offered a Full Time Program for the following year or permanent role at Citi.

You will have an opportunity to acquire and develop your competencies across organization in areas such as IT (Windows/ Unix Servers, Databases, Network, HTML, Middleware, Programming languages (Java, C++, C#, .net, Python)) and DATA ANALYSIS (Advanced Excel, VBA, Access, Oracle, SQL).

We want to hear from you, if

• You are available for full-time during summer holiday

• You are at least a second-year student in fields of study: Mathematics, Technology Studies, Informatics, Econometrics, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Emergence or Crisis Management or another analytical or technical-related program

• You have good command of English (Minimum B2 level)

• You possess the knowledge of at least one of the IT tools/programs mentioned above

• You demonstrate clear professional interest in technology or/and data analysis

• You possess solid analytical abilities and can work under pressure on multiple tasks

• You have a strong academic record, you are proactive and self-motivated individual, willing to take responsibility, enjoy new challenges and adapt to change

• You thrive in a team environment, able to cooperate with others to achieve our goals

• You are willing to learn and develop
