Responsibilities

Zakres obowiązków:

Wsparcie w realizacji projektów realizowanych przez jednostkę.
Wsparcie procesów relokacji, przygotowania powierzchni i aktualizacji map.
Opracowywanie i przygotowywanie materiałów, analiz, prezentacji, zestawień, raportów.
Prowadzenie rejestrów i dbałość o jakość danych.
Wsparcie przy archiwizacji dokumentacji.
Wsparcie przy zmianach technologicznych.
Obsługa administracyjna aplikacji.

Wymagania:

Sprawne posługiwanie się pakietem MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Komunikatywna znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.
Umiejętność pisania komunikatów, ogłoszeń i tworzenia formy graficznej materiałów.
Kreatywność i komunikatywność.
Dostępność na pełny etat.
Mile widziane zainteresowanie obszarem nieruchomości.
