The position is located in the Employee Relations Office within the Human Resources Division.

Working in this position, will allow you to liaise with HR Business Partners with the support of business units. You will participate in a range of initiatives involving investigation and complaint management, also conduct investigations as needed. You will apply labor law provisions to solve individual cases and adjust the principles of Citi’s global policies to the labor law provisions in force in Poland.


  • Support and consultancy on the interpretation of the labor law and internal regulations of the Bank regarding labor law, personnel, payroll and social matters

  • Cooperating with HR Business Partners in matters related to: procedural proceedings (work discipline), violation of labor law or employee duties, irregularities reported by employees in the field of human resource management

  • Investigation of complex HR matters including grievances, discipline & other escalated matters

  • Design, development & delivery of all HR Policies

  • Complex Policy interpretations

Knowledge / experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the entity dealing with the application of labor law

  • Education: higher, preferably legal

  • Good command of English

  • Practical knowledge of the provisions governing the employment relationship

  • Knowledge about the solutions applied regarding the employer-employee relationship
