Senior UAT Testing Analyst is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new team members. Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization.
Senior UAT Testing Analyst coordinates, delivers expertise, designs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in AML area in order to ensure that all process, systems implementations and upgrades, changes, fixes are robustly tested and any issues and defects are resolved ahead of production release.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of test strategy and plans, to ensure quality and on time delivery.
Deliver expertise and best practice regarding testing subject
Train and coachstaff in delivery team and working on projects, support all UAT team members.
Coordinate group of testers, including vendor onsite/offshore contractors.
Review and design test scripts, test conditions, input test data and expected results.
Prepare adequate test evidence and testing documentation for approvals and decisions.
Cooperate with Regional and Global UAT teams for common tests, knowledge exchange and best practice sharing.
Building and applying testing excellence and knowledge of anti-money laundering processes.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years' experience in AML and 3 years' experience in applications testing.
1-2 years of experience in working in Technology area or Technology related processes areas.
2-3 years of experience in testing software applications including data flows testing and testing of mathematical and statistical models.
Coordinate work for group of people (min. 5).
Working knowledge of project management methodologies, proven track of trainings in Project management.
Very good knowledge of applications supporting testing process: HPQC and Jira.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a proactive attitude, always seeking opportunities to add value
ISTQB Certificate (Foundation level/Advanced level) is a plus.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
