Institutional Credit Management (ICM) is an organization with objective of creating a world class, end-to-end wholesale credit management platform. In order to contribute to meeting the organization goals it is embedding a new Business Monitoring and Data Quality Team into Credit Risk Management Services (CRMS). The team will support senior leaders of ICM in managing the whole organization holistically and understanding how its components interact, and are aligned to deliver high quality results.

The Business Monitoring and Data Quality Team will consist of highly skilled and experienced assertive individuals who work with a "get-the-job-done" attitude. The team will be focused on the mission-critical business activities (BA) of ICM at a global level to identify and escalate "bellow the iceberg" issues that may not surface in business as usual work. The team will use a framework of reports, metrics and scorecards to detect obstacles in the end-to-end credit lending process. The second focus will be data in the credit systems: the team will work closely with data owners and adequate technology to improve quality and order of the critical data in the systems. Lastly the team will respond to urgent data clean-up requests to achieve "quick win" goals, but also look for strategic solutions to redesign processes/enhance technology aimed to eliminate such situations that require special urgent handling.

The candidates will need to have excellent communication skills to establish cooperative relations with senior management in ICM, various products and businesses, Risk, Technology and other parts of the firm across different regions to achieve the team objectives. The team will consist of the three essential elements: Business Monitoring, Reporting Analytics and Data Maintenance and Cleansing.

Responsibilities for the Senior Reporting Analyst role:

  • Gather reporting requirements form ICM management and Business Analysts;
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications;
  • Profile source data to understand which of the available information sources to use;
  • Build and administer the dashboards and reports needed to achieve the team goals.


  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and techniques;
  • Knowledge of programing languages (for example Python, R, VBA, SQL);
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools will be additional benefit;
  • 5 years of experience (including internships) in reporting or equivalent experience;
  • Bachelor’s university degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related field;
  • Strong written and verbal English skills;
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports that support decisions making;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet target dates;
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results;
  • Knowledge of credit risk management business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow will be additional benefit.
