Senior Counsel

Role:

• Ongoing legal consultancy and support for the Financial Markets and Corporate Banking Sector;
• Coordination of work in the legal team;
• Providing legal solutions;
• Preparing legal opinions and documentation.

Requirements:

• Attorney-at-law with minimum 6-10 years’ experience in the legal department of the bank, investment firm or law office in the area of MIFID II activity and banking;
• Good  knowledge of law and regulatory environment dedicated to financial instruments, MIFID II services, financial instruments transactions and banking;
• Practical knowledge of market standard documentation;
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and English;
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills;
• Professional curiosity, willingness to learn and develop.
