Responsibilities
WorldLink® Payment Services Senior Business Analyst (Change Management & Operational Readiness).
For over 30 years, the WorldLink solution has been successfully enabling our clients to issue payments in more than 135 currencies, right from their offices via a single window - without having to maintain local currency accounts. WorldLink® Payment Services is a complete global transaction solution that makes cross-border payments simple and secure.
Senior Business Analyst within Change Management & Operational Readiness Team plays key role in the product development, operational processes transformation, enhancements to existing infrastructure, regulatory compliance and client experience.
This role would suit a self-starting individual, who is keen to work both independently and as a team player, having the ability to be completely adaptable to changing business requirements and deliverables. The role will require the individual to work as a member of a global team of 20+ Analysts, based in Poland, Ireland & India, cooperating with the various stakeholder groups, including, but not limited to Client Operations, Product, Reconciliation Unit, Client Service, Traders, Technology & Developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting reviews of the relevant applications and processes with Stakeholders.
Gathering, analyzing and documenting business requirements within Epics and User stories
Questioning, challenging and proposing innovative, automated solutions where necessary.
Ensure quality supporting documentation is produced for each project including Epics, Testing scenarios, Training materials, Process flows an notes, deployment plans and PVT scenarios.
Build and maintain relationships with keys stakeholders such as Product, Client Operations, Technology, Reconciliation, Compliance and Technology
Co-ordinate timings of document completion with stakeholders and engage with the e2e partners to ensure capability delivery
Adherence to structured management practices and audit standard frameworks
Manage release build up and creation of release run book and test files
Coordinate weekend release activities for scheduled functionality deployments
Manage post implementation checkpoint calls and communications
Maintain adequate controls and tracking process to ensure audit requirements are fully met at all times for all projects.
Communicating progress of the projects/issues to stakeholders and Senior Management
Proactive identification and implementation of process improvements
Required Skills and Experience :
Prior experience of large multi-stream projects and programs
Experience of managing large technical and/or process related projects
Knowledge of the software development life cycle
Experience producing excellent communication material and presenting to Senior Stakeholders
Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Visio, Powerpoint and Sharepoint,
Experience of writing requirements documentation in waterfall and/or Agile methodology is necessary
Experience in any or all of Cross border payment processing, SWIFT standards, ISO 20022 XML messages, ACH payment processing, Cheque processing, clearing and settlement schema, Nostro reconciliation and payment processing involving automated FX, AML, Sanctions screening, payment regulations including PSD2, EU FTR & Travel Rule is preferable
Experience using Jira and working knowledge of Scrum / Kanban methodologies is preferable

Excellent organisation and administrative skills
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Flexibility (including occasional early, late and weekend work requirements)
Clear communicator ability to relay precise information both orally and in writing to senior management

Ability to articulate ideas in a simple coherent way
Qualifications:
Project management experience / qualification a plus
Kanban (TKP/KMP1/KMP2), Scrum (PSM1/2/3) certification or relevant experience as a plus
BPMN experience as a plus
Development value:
This is a role which allows an individual to understand the workings of a large program which has partners based in multiple regions in the world and experience working in a truly international environment. There are opportunities to interact and develop working relationships with individuals and teams within various areas of the organisation e.g. Product, Client Operations, Technology, GRU, Compliance and Technology and across products e.g. CFT, Citidirect, CitiConnect, FXLM. The role will have high visibility within TTS Product and Client Operations.
