Prudential Reporting Team is a Team located in Finance primarily responsible for ensuring timely and  accurate reporting, business support as well as various projects implementation.

The position is situated in the Prudential Reporting Team in the Department of Financial Reporting, Control and Taxes in the Financial Division.

We work closely across functions on a daily basis (including the Risk Management, Operations, Business, Legal, other areas of Finance and the senior Management) and develop a deep understanding of regulatory requirements related to capital adequacy, Recovery and Resolution planning, the bank’s products, along with the associated risks and accounting complexities.

Prudential Reporting Specialist is a part of  Prudential Reporting Team and is responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's regulatory reporting and mainly deal with periodic reporting process, participates in projects implementation, regulatory requirements interpretations and systems’ improvements.

  • Work closely with all areas of the Finance Division, liaising with the Business, Risk, Operations and IT teams.


  • Preparation and verification of the correctness of reports on capital adequacy: COREP, Large Exposures and Leverage Ratio on an individual and consolidated basis,

  • Calculation of capital requirements for the following risk categories: credit risk, counterparty risk, settlement and delivery risks, the risk of exceeding the limit of large exposures, currency risk, credit valuation adjustment risks,

  • Daily monitoring of capital requirements,

  • Preparation of qualitative and quantitative information on capital adequacy - Pillar III in cooperation with various units of the Bank,

  • Taking part in prudential reporting projects, including the implementation of new supervisory regulations (CRR / CRD, Basel, Recommendations and Resolutions of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority / NBP, regulations of the Ministry of Finance),

  • Cooperation with the Bank's internal units for the purposes of the calculation of capital requirements,

  • Forecasting capital requirements and the Bank's own funds,

  • Supporting standardization efforts and also working on projects to implement process improvement ideas, new tools as well as Finance data warehouse,

  • Use effective escalation to ensure issues are highlighted in a timely manner. Focus on recurring issues and drive through enhancement projects and systems fixes,

  • Appropriately assess risk, demonstrating particular consideration for the Bank's reputation and safeguarding Bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.


  • Experience or interest in Finance, preferably in Regulatory/Financial Reporting or Risk in Banking sector,

  • University degree in Economics or Finance is an advantage but not a must and we are open to other majors,

  • Good Verbal and written English and Polish,

  • Strong analytical and communication skills as well as managerial skills,

  • Control focus, focus on details,

  • Advanced technical skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access), knowledge of big databases, SQL and Power BI will be an advantage.
