Project Manager - Vice President - Citi Private Bank (Hybrid)
Citi Global Wealth is a Division of Citi focused on serving the needs of clients across the entire wealth spectrum. It has been formed during the consolidation of the Wealth Management businesses across Citi Global Consumer Bank and Citi Private Bank.

Project Manager will lead a global initiative aimed at automation and standardization of corporate actions processing across all Wealth Management markets.

Responsibilities:
Provide broad and strong leadership for the global Corporate Actions Transformation initiative with Phase 1 across EMEA
Liaise with all stakeholders to identify the actions necessary to define and drive various streams of the initiative
Define and lead the action plan necessary to deliver required actions and changes
Lead Steering Committees identifying, managing and escalating issues, risks and dependencies as appropriate, while working with the various teams in order to define necessary solutions and mitigation plan
Develop, lead, own and execute robust project plans for the initiative.
Collaborate with senior business leaders to create engaging key management presentations for various audiences on the project
Provide detailed supervision over the assigned work.
Ensure all areas of the project are appropriately staffed. Monitor deliveries from assigned stream leads.
Responsibility for budget administration and resource planning.
Appropriately assess risk when decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.
Collaborate with the team at our fantastic office in Warsaw, with 2 days of home office each week.
Qualifications:
6+ years of PM experience and initiatives spanning across multiples areas
Experience with E2E process transformation / change projects
Ability to influence, build exceptional relationships and negotiate with stakeholders;
Excellent time management, follow-through, and project coordination and delivery skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexity
Any project management certifications such as PMI; PMP, ACP, CAPM, Prince2, ITIL or equivalent are a plus
Business analysis
University degree or equivalent experience
