The Product Sales Sr Specialist is a strategic professional role within sales department. Requires extensive knowledge about banking, products and solutions as well as sound  commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others. Personal leadership to drive the "Be the Best" strategy with our clients is a must.


  • Work on client origination, deal execution and sales strategy

  • Implement and lead execution of sales campaign by country/product to improve market share and client penetration

  • Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics

  • Grow portfolio, Pipeline and WINS with accurate, relevant & updated deals in line with scorecards targets

  • Closely manage client portfolio and address risk mitigation needs when necessary

  • Execute and monitor development on existing wallet assessment to identify opportunities

  • Gather market intelligence around clients, sector, competition and share with partners in Market Management, Product, etc.

  • Work with the product partners to ensure product offering is competitive in service, function and price

  • Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure


  • Min 8 years of working experience

  • Extensive years of client facing activity

  • Previous sales roles experience required

  • Experience with credit approval process and risk evaluation is desired

  • Very good presentation skills

  • Disciplined and self-started

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluent in English and Polish


  • University degree - Master’s degree, MBA preferred
