Corporate Actions Transformation Project Manager will lead a global initiative aimed at automation and standardization of corporate actions processing across all Wealth Management markets.

We’re looking for a candidate with strong project management experience along with good understanding of Corporate Actions process. Any experience in actual processing of Corporate Actions will be a clear advantage.

Key to success in the role is the ability to blend project management and some business analysis discipline with extraordinary ability to engage all required stakeholders. This role will require significant amount of communication and coordination across number of teams within the region, but also with global partners. The role will involve interfacing with key senior stakeholders and internal clients across the organization.

This is the Vice President role based in Warsaw.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide broad and strong leadership for the global Corporate Actions Transformation initiative with Phase 1 in EMEA region.

  • Liaise with all stakeholders to identify the actions necessary to define and drive various streams of the initiative

  • Define and lead the action plan necessary to deliver required actions and changes

  • Lead Steering Committees identifying, managing and escalating issues, risks and dependencies as appropriate, while working with the various teams in order to define necessary solutions and mitigation plans

  • Develop and lead the robust project plans for the initiative.

  • Own end-to-end execution of project steps to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders to create key management presentations for various audiences on the project

  • Ensure engagement of all required stakeholders through clear communication and rigorous oversight of assigned work.

  • Ensure all areas of the project are appropriately staffed. Monitor deliveries from assigned stream leads.

  • Responsibility for budget administration and resource planning.

  • Appropriately assess risk when decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of PM experience

  • 2+ years managing projects and initiatives spanning across multiples areas

  • Experience with E2E process transformation projects

  • Understanding of Corporate Action processing – any hands on experience in that field will be the advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders

  • Excellent time management, follow-through, and project delivery skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to simplify complexity

  • Any project management certifications are a plus

  • University degree or equivalent experience
