  • Process, maintain and administrate financial operations in global environment

  • Servicing portfolio of international clients especially when it comes to facility, fees and accounting entries

  • Contribute in syndicated and bilateral lending process

  • Identify and report on vulnerabilities and risks in the process

  • Clarify and resolve discrepancies between the data

  • Act as a Maker or Checker in the process

  • Prepare reports and statistics for external and internal clients

  • Participate in improvement projects within the team

  • Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation;

  • Manage client and business ad-hoc queries and requirements;

  • Collaborate with internal counterparties for the purposes of best client service

  • Assist in UAT testing of new enhancements.

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience

  • Very good command of English

  • Strong understanding of Flexcube Product Processor is highly preferred

  • Experiences of working with the LoanIQ application is highly preferred

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles

  • PC literacy with strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and word processing skills

  • Very strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively.

  • Strong problem solving, research and analytical skills

  • Ability and willingness to work in a structured, high paced environment, with daily routine operations

  • Energetic leader who is able to lead and drive initiatives and deliverables

  • Proactive to escalate issues and drive change on process

  • Deliver results and able to meet tight deadlines

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
