KYC Ops Senior Manager (Hybrid)
KYC People Strategy Head - Purpose of the role:
Responsible for managing and driving the implementation of KYC People Strategy, an extensive organisational change programme. Through the delivery of the People Strategy, People Strategy Site Head will contribute to its aims of creating an inclusive, flexible, and high performing working culture, with a diverse and talented workforce
Job Summary:
- Plans, develops, implements and administers programs to support organization’s initiatives around culture, employee growth, well beeing and career growth and owns KYC employee lifecycle process. The manager also acts as liaison and advisor to leadership and facilitates initiatives to drive systematic attraction, identification, development, engagement, retention, and deployment for individuals during their different stages of particular value to our organization.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Oversee Poland KYC Operations Talent Advisory/Hiring/Development Program and People Strategy as well as employee lifecycle process
- Partner with HR to create strategy and commitment to attract, motivate and retain the most talented employees the market has to offer
- Assess talent development needs and drive the overall strategy; including the creation and administration of learning solutions - tools, resources, processes and programs
- Drive recruitment planning, job and positions description for the organization
- Management of the annual talent processes including: corporate learning, education to growth, performance management initiatives, individual development plans process, talent reviews process, succession planning and high potential development processes
- Collaborate with KYC leadership, team members and HR to develop a road map that supports a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Collaborate with the new employee onboarding and training process
- Develops actionable and targeted plans around change management, culture and engagement, and communications in support of goals and objectives.
- Consults with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters
- Drives strategies by ensuring the right individuals have the right capabilities at the right time to deliver the right results
- People Data Retrieval & Management to reinforce data driven decisions
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven effective people management and organizational skills
- Robust talent development experience implementing/supporting strategic talent and/or learning solutions in a large, corporate environment, preferably within a professional services firm
- Experience with technologies enabling talent processes such as succession and assessment, including advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to analyze and synthesize data into reports and presentations; people data analysis preferred
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and support team-based projects with varied levels of stakeholders
- Excellent communication (oral and written): English is a must, relationship development skills; ability to work with all levels within an organization, including senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, track deadlines & milestones and communicate status while also being attentive to details with the ability to function effectively in a role
