Responsibilities
Team/Position Overview:
AML Production Application Services provides first line business support to select AML applications, providing a link between technology and business teams. In addition, the team supports key application owner roles with control and reporting services.
The AML Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for Incident and Problem ticket management, tracking and reporting for Citi AML Monitoring and Investigations Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Manages a portfolio of Incident and Problem tickets for several AML applications in the EMEA region, contributing to their tracking, release management, reporting, user checkout and resolution.
Participates in, plans, manages, and leads post-release user production environment sanity tests and functional checkouts.
Understands and contributes to the development of process documentation
Analyses, identifies, and reports process and practical risks
Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
Prepares, reviews, maintains, and improves reports and metrics
Experience and skills:
Fluent business English
Knowledge/experience of issue tracking and reporting Tools such as ServiceNow
Knowledge/experience of (ITIL) Incident/Problem Management
Good customer service, communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
Ability to plan and organize personal workload
A culture of risk awareness and transparency
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Extra credit - knowledge of basic service delivery tools such as Jira, SQL, Confluence and Tableau
