Data Integration Senior Analyst

Team/Role Overview:
The Data Integration Senior Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan as well as support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business.
What you'll do:
Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings
Examine and evaluate project status, including identifying potential risks and issues that need escalation or change and proposing solutions to project leads
Determine appropriateness, checks quality, and guide revisions/refinement of presentation content and materials for Governance forums
Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group
Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes
Liaise with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes
Independently conduct analysis and execute tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy
Develop and articulate business requirements and maps current and future state processes
Contribute tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations
What we'll need from you:
At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Banking or Finance preferred
Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
Ability to be nimble and adjust priorities as needed
Comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
Familiarity with data concepts
Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise
Sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.
