Credit Analyst is an expert position in Credit Lending Management Department within Risk Organization. Key role of the Credit Analyst is managing assigned credit portfolio of Commercial Bank clients, in particular, managing its quality, as well as closely cooperating with Business Partners in delivery of their goals being profitable and of high quality portfolio growth. 


  • Actively managing of credit risk of commercial clients portfolio, ensuring its high quality and adequate classification, closely cooperating with Business Partners in this area;

  • Supporting Business Partners in their acquisition activities, by providing credit & financial analysis of prospect clients;

  • Financial analysis of clients and their investments projects, developing and recommending credit strategy for a client, including adequate credit limits and their structure;

  • Preparing all documents necessary to make a credit decision;

  • Making credit decisions within individual credit discretions and limits;

  • Ongoing monitoring of financial situation of assigned portfolio of clients, incl. analysis and trends in industry, external and internal early warning signals, as well as taking actions adequate to identified risks;

  • Initiating and recommending changes to credit regulation aiming at streamlining credit process;

  • Daily cooperating with external and internal partners in order to ensure smooth and efficient credit service for customers.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial sector/credit risk, preferably working with mid-corporates with the turnover above PLN 50MM

  • Experience in presenting and recommending transactions to higher discretions level as well as in making own credit decisions

  • Very good knowledge of English

  • Fluent Polish

  • Very good knowledge of regulations impacting credit process and credit analysis

  • Very good knowledge of Accounting regulations (UoR/MSR/MSSF), ALM and Fraud regulations

  • Ability to draw conclusions and present sound and independent judgement

  • Very good communication skills, ability to cooperate with different internal and external partners

  • Effective time and tasks management, ability to set priorities and work under time pressure

  • Excellent knowledge of IT tools used at work (MS Office, data base)
