Business Office Manager – EMEA Trade & Treasury Services Onboarding
Business Office Manager supports Trade & Treasury Services (TTS) Onboarding, a TTS Client Operations function, in EMEA. Business Office Manager is involved in all business management activities across the EMEA region, including, short and long-term planning, governance, communication and support to strategy roll-out. Tasks may include KPI analysis, preparation of management reporting, tracking of business performance and productivity measures, preparing meeting materials, supporting with governance related topics, and participating in other business management tasks and ad hoc projects as required.
Responsibilities:
Retrieve data from corporate business intelligence platforms
Data analysis: identify trends and monitor tendencies, modelling & forecasting, performance tracking & management against KPI’s
Presentation of data: regular business reviews (QBR’s, MBR’s), add hoc presentation, communication with senior stakeholders
Strategic program oversight & aggregation
Financial/HC planning & control
Skills/Competencies:
Strong Analytical skills
Good working knowledge of the following applications: EXCEL, Powerpoint
Proven execution skills & results orientation
Communication skills (verbal & written) – necessary to engage effectively with partners from different functions, geographies & cultures
Proven commitment to quality and attention to detail
Independence & willingness to make decisions responsibly - must be able to demonstrate strong self-management, be ready to apply own initiative & proactively take the lead devising business solutions
Ability to react to a dynamic environment, to remain calm and objective in a high-pressure environment
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Qualifications:
Educated to minimum degree level of BA/BSc
