Description


Handle confirmation of Foreign Exchange, Money Market, Fixed Income and Derivatives transactions:

- Prepare manual transaction’s confirmation and dispatches it to customer for authenticate signoff Liaise with customer to obtain signed confirmation, verify customer’s authorized signatory and send it to Treasury

- Ops for settlement in a timely manner.

- Ensure accurate confirmation in place for all handled transactions

- Reconcile end of day to ensure no missing deal

Work with other Operations units like FT, Trade, Teller on obtaining confirmation of FT related processing deals.

Ensure all templates of confirmation are approved by Legal Counsel before usages and make yearly consolidation of confirmation templates and get legal advice if any update is required

Make sure that all transactions processed are complied with applicable regulations and procedures.

Liaise and coordinate with Treasury Unit to understand treasury products programs so as to well prepare for newly launched products.

Work with respective local teams (Treasury, RM, Trops, CSR….) as well as regional team in the development and implementation of product initiatives like automation projects and systems setup that will improve overall productivity.

Perform daily DCFC sign off for assigned tasks

Scanning confirmation for record management purpose

Filling confirmation and bank statement to send to Crown

Perform quarterly MCA testing

Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and the management


Qualifications


REQUIREMENTS

·Bachelor degree in Banking & Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics.

·Good written and verbal communication skills

·Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

·2 years experiences in Banking and Finance is a plus

·Customer service oriented with good communication and problem solving skills

·Good PC knowledge - Word, Excel Customer oriented.

·Attentive to details with high accuracy in work

·Ability to work under pressure and self-manage tasks

·High level of commitment and strong team player
