Position: Country ISA Manager

Department: Information Security Administration (ISA) Lead

Location: HCMC


ISA Lead role is accountable for all Information Security Administration (ISA) related activities including but not limited to user access and user group maintenance to required applications for all business units of Citibank VN

This role reports to the Vietnam Enterprise Risk and Control (ERC) Head

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading ISA team which is in charge for user access and user group maintenance across country
  • Being the key contact point of Vietnam with other ASPAC country ISA teams and Global ID Administration (GIDA) on all ISA related activities/requirements to ensure Vietnam ISA process to compliant with GIDA/Citi standards and policies
  • Support units on new system or enhancement to ensure all raised issues will be resolved on time and effectively
  • Provide supports to business units on internal/external audits for ISA related matters
  • Attend regional projects to improve processes relating to Access Control management
  • Study Citi applications/tools to perform entitlement review for all country staffto identify potential exception to have timely corrective actions
  • Be a subject matter expert by understanding and implementing requirements relevant to Citi policies, legal and regulatory requirements that impact ISA activities
  • Provide coaching to staff on ISA requirements and arrange efficient backup

Additional responsibilities:

  • Managing HCM FXMM Confirmation team to ensure the FXMM confirmation process to comply with requirements of local regulations and Citi policies/procedures and any changes in those policies
  • Managing the bank signature book for whole country and usage of the bank stamp for Ho Chi Minh branch
  • Coordinating with all business units in setting up eDCFC system ( a system to maintain unit controls) and interface with Regional eDCFC team on applying new eDCFC enhancements and/or requirements
  • Ad-hoc control tasks assigned by ERC Head



  • University Degree.
  • 5 – 7 years of related experiences in Internal Control, Risk Management,Program / Project Management
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and with tight schedules.
  • Proficient verbal and written English language skills
  • Management skill
