Citi Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv is where dynamic projects are cultivated. The lab provides thought-leadership, technological solutions, and innovation to Citi’s global banking business. The group is looking for a talented, creative and experienced program manager to manage blockchain software developers.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be embedded with the Engineering team and possess an overarching understanding of the end to end system architecture. The successful candidate will also commit to learning abreast latest trends in Distributed Ledger Technology and have a research mindset to understand and relay the implication of technology advancements in DLT to stakeholders in a comprehendible manner. You will work closely with head of Blockchain domain at the innovation labs, global team members and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.

What will you do?

  • Manage cross-functional product development programs in a matrix organization covering a range of teams and tools.
  • Help define the roadmap and long-term strategy of the teams that you are working with.
  • Partner with key product managers across the company to understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Forge partnerships with the Product teams to collaborate on dependencies & solve problems.
  • Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team
  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team.
  • Build highly scalable, performant and reliable systems and infrastructure.
  • Define and own key metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Enhance Scrum methodology, performing as an expert Scrum Master.

What should you bring?

  • At least 7 years’ experience in a similar role in a software company.
  • B.Sc. degree in Engineering, computer science or related field.
  • Proven experience in program management using SCRUM methodology – a must
  • Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
  • Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.
  • Large Technical company organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
  • Some knowledge and experience in Blockchain and keen interest and enthusiasm to develop your domain knowledge
