Citi Innovation Lab in Tel Aviv is where dynamic projects are cultivated in a ‘start-up like’ environment. The lab provides thought-leadership, technological solutions, and innovation to Citi’s global banking business.

The NLP group is responsible for researching NLP capabilities and implementing NLP products to increase the revenue of Citi. The team is looking for a talented, creative and experienced Product Manager to manage and extend the team that takes a significant part in crafting an NLP and machine learning system to analyze huge volumes of electronic communication. Job Description:

  • Own NLP projects and products throughout the product lifecycle: from inception through PoC to dev to production
  • Work closely with the NLP Engineering teams and DS teams, and be at the center of our overall program strategy across Engineering, Marketing and Data science.
  • Bridge the technical and business worlds, designing services that customers love
  • Lead a squad of professionals with indirect management line, driving them towards a clear and concise vision
  • Manage stakeholder at all levels including presentation, roadmap, demos, webinars, etc.
  • Lead software scrum teams with passion and can-do attitude 
  • Constructively gather requirements and challenge teams when required
  • Contribute to formulation of strategies / roadmap for applications development and other functional areas.

Job Requirements:

  • Bsc. in Computer science or related field or equivalent experience in SW development. 
  • Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience in B2B products.
  • Strong experience with data/NLP analysis and presentation tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Proven track record in leading Scrum teams to delivering software products/services to market.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English. 
  • Experience in a global working environment, corporate and customers. 
  • Solid experience with Confluence and JIRA.
