VPP Reporting Team Analyst -AVP

Global Financial Crimes Investigations and Intelligence ("GFCII") Vulnerable Persons Program aims to prevent and detect the financial exploitation of senior or vulnerable clients for the purpose of mitigating risk to the Firm as well as the client. The Program serves to develop and/or enhance frameworks designed to identify, assess, and mitigate risks relating to potential senior or vulnerable adult financial exploitation, or other concerns affecting Citi’s senior or vulnerable clients.

Serve as a Global Financial Crimes Investigations and Intelligence (GFCII) compliance senior compliance analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) Vulnerable Persons Program (“VPP”), responsible assisting with reporting requirements to both internal and external parties to ensure the firm has satisfied regulatory requirements. escalated to this team often require collaboration with internal business partners and branches as well as external agencies such as Adult Protective Services (“APS”). 


Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with GFCII’s state reporting requirements to APS
  • Support management in delegation of new project/Ad-Hoc requests.
  • Management of team’s SharePoint Sites and outlook inboxes
  • Updating team’s SharePoint and Collaborate Sites and outlook inboxes.

Qualifications:

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • 2  years of relevant experience
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Bachelor’s University degree
