Citi’s Global Strategy & Programs team has an opening for a VP, People Analytics & Insights Systems. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and motivated professional to support the execution of a culture transformation tool RFP and full implementation in partnership with technical teams. This person will manage implementation, ongoing enhancements, operational readiness and change adoption for our VOE (voice of the employee) platform. The role requires excellent project management skills, implementation & adoption knowledge, and experience with employee cultural tools and transformation systems. The successful candidate will be someone who clearly understands the importance and potential of effective management and communication in running a complex matrix function. The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders/technical teams to execute the vision of the team.

Responsibilities: This person will have the opportunity to work on our Global Human Resources Technology Ecosystem. The maintenance and optimization of this ecosystem touches hundreds of internal stakeholders across the globe. Specific responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate existing employee culture end to end process and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiency based on previous system technology & experience.
  • Keeps abreast of the organization’s operational processes and best practices for business strategy.
  • Provide actionable insights and evaluate new ideas regarding our overall existing technology involving systemic/integration/process changes based on previous experience
  • Collaborate and utilize strategic reporting data requests (ongoing) to drive future-state dashboard development, operational decision making based on results, and best practice recommendations
  • Function autonomously as a change agent for all VOE initiatives
  • Act as a resource for existing platforms & process methodologies
  • Create and execute complex business requirements, process maps, functional specifications, and communicate clearly with development teams
  • Facilitate change management utilizing knowledge of current structure and future vision as we update and upgrade systems and procedures
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Knowledge/ Experience:

  • Relevant & demonstrable experience/involvement with evaluation of new and existing tools within the employee culture ecosystem, including budgetary decisions, with emphasis on experience enhancements. Includes ongoing assessment & development of technology to drive best in class end to end experience for end-users.
  • Ability to partner with at all levels in an organization together with the capability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
  • Experience with employee cultural assessments and technology in a global environment, along with downstream vendor integrations
  • Practice of working in matrix structures and cross-functional & virtual environments and working with technical & strategic teams.
  • Experience of developing and executing requirements, managing multiple stakeholders, preventing scope-creep, and managing milestones

Skills:

  • Ability to strategically evaluate and provide insights and opportunities based on previous experience in HR technology space, along with associated metrics and market valuation
  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
  • Good organizational skills
  • Influencing skills – ability to influence stakeholders and partners across the business.
  • Ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter in terms of filling knowledge gaps.
  • Act as an internal consultant.
  • Ability to prioritize efforts in a demanding environment.
