The VP for Governance of CBNA-aligned regulations is an experienced regulatory professional who has the skills to interpret, develop policy documents and design an challenge controls for certain Tier 1 regulations. The individual will work in the first line of defense within CBNA's Head Office and ideally is an attorney or compliance professional and must have experience advising on most of following regulations: 12 CFR 5, 12 CFR 7 and Regulation Y. Experience in Confidential Supervisory Information-related regulations would be an advantage. Exceptional candidates without these specific skills, but with a very strong proven track record in regulatory compliance will also be considered. Excellent communication required in order to liaise effectively, across various levels of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage effectively key stakeholder relationships within Citi so that control design and governance for the Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA is optimal

  • Support the running of governance forums to oversee the Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA

  • Support the drafting of key updates on Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA for senior management

  • Act as a key point of contact for regulatory enquiries for the Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA

  • Track and monitor regulatory issues, regulatory commitments and enforcement actions from onset through conclusion, for the Tier 1 regulations aligned to CBNA to ensure appropriate reporting in various senior forums

  • Communicate to all stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way.


Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experience in regulatory compliance

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
