In the People Analytics & Insights group at Citi, we solve business problems with workforce and business data.  We use behavioral science and conduct analyses to enable evidence-based decision making.  We provide actionable insights. Our mission is to equip decision makers with data-driven insights through science and analytics. Actionable insights lead to best decisions about people - individuals, teams, and organizations—to drive business performance.

The “VP, Culture Metrics and Analytics” will partner with HR Leaders, Culture Change Advisors, and members of our own People Analytics and Insights team to provide research, measurement, and analytics solutions to address human capital related problems and support the global culture transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with HRAs and Culture Change Advisors to conduct needs analysis and identify human capital related issues and/or culture change requirements

  • Identify appropriate assessments and measurements to best capture the current state of culture as well as measure the outcomes of culture change interventions for businesses, functions and geographies

  • Work closely with our team’s org assessments specialists to design and deploy needed assessments and/or measurements

  • Conduct analyses utilizing collected and existing data to guide best course of action

  • Present findings and actionable insights to HR and senior leaders

  • Partner with our team’s data scientists and visualization experts to create solutions for ongoing monitoring of identified metrics

  • Advocate for and reinforce the culture target state behaviors in both the approach to the work and through the interventions delivered

  • Provide regular reporting on milestones, deliverables, risks and results of culture change measurement work and communicate them to key stakeholders

  • Active engagement with broader Advisory and Cultural Conditions team, sharing back mistakes and lessons learned, new approaches, new external research and trends, concerns and escalations

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational psychology, Organizational Behavior, Behavioral Science or other related field

  • Strong consultative skills: experience advising organizations / teams through extensive culture change, identifying metrics and conducting analytics for measuring success is strongly preferred

  • Demonstrated strong collaborative skills:  experience forging strong partnerships and working with multiple stakeholders including HR and senior leaders

  • Solid Business and HR acumen

  • Research, survey, and other org assessments design skills

  • Statistical skills including working knowledge of GLM, factor analysis, text analytics, etc. Statistical software skills in SAS, R, python and sequel are a plus

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical and executive audience

  • Strong project management skills: ability to multitask and manage multiple research projects

  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking
