The Cross Border Data Clearance Metrics and Reporting Lead manages a suite of reports and dashboards to ensure the quality and accuracy of performance metrics for CBDC processes continue to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Key activities include the collection and analysis of data for country and regional senior partners to facilitate business partner decisions and actions by providing insights and trends driven by data and analytics. The reporting lead will also provide integral support to the development of new tools and process changes to drive more accurate and automated reporting to enhance transparency on process performance. Other activities include supporting ad-hoc reporting, performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting data related issues.


  • Various data activities, including data collection, aggregation, analysis, maintenance, quality review, and regular reporting/process administration.
  • Deliver regular global and country level competitive intelligence analysis, trends and metrics dashboards.
  • Produce, enhance, and automate as required reporting tools and Management Information materials for senior management.
  • Drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing report.
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to senior management.
  • Find actionable solutions to complex issues through a results-oriented approach; be a “gogetter” with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, analyze reporting trends, escalate issues and concerns through appropriate channels and connect relevant stakeholders to drive resolution to issues.
  • Troubleshoot, track, and investigate data related issues. Conceptualize resolutions and concisely present in an executive-level format.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and construct high-level information details/metrics.
  • Have a successful, demonstrable record of accomplishment in developing strong relationships, managing cross-discipline projects, and driving timely delivery of products including reports, risk/issue identification, and communications.
  • Willingness to undertake non-routine activities and responsibilities in order to meet critical deadlines and exceed management and client objectives.


  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in analyzing metrics and designing reports is required
  • The candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and knowledge of financial industry operations and risk and control processes and standards.
  • Fluency with SDLC, process improvements, agile delivery, Risk and Controls, Privacy, third party management etc. are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience managing through influence, collaborating with multiple teams, coordinating across different cross-functional initiatives, and reaching consensus with diverse stakeholders, managing cross-discipline projects, and driving timely delivery of products including reports, risk/issue identification, and communications.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and the ability to organize senior-level meetings, prepare and give effective presentations and ability to have detailed communication with various stakeholders. Excellent writing skills required.
  • CIPP- IAPP/CIPM/CIPT certification highly desirable.
  • Thinks conceptually to analyze and identify patterns and trends.
  • Ability to influence others and work independently with minimal oversight required.
  • Exceptionally advanced proficiency in MS office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
