As a key member of the Technology Relationship Management Team you will be responsible for managing and supporting the technology requirements for key clients within the Asset Management sector of Financial Services. In this role you will interact directly with the client leading key technology initiatives, driving issue resolution, managing client governance and coordinating across Citi’s functional areas to deliver on behalf of the client. To be successful in this role you will develop a deep understanding of the client architecture, systems and operational processes so that you are able to identify opportunities for product efficiencies and improvements and contribute to the direction of the product overall. You will interact with Senior Leaders to provide relevant updates and progress on client projects and act as the point of escalation for client issues. The ability to develop deep relationships inside and outside of Citi in order to drive client requests or resolving incidents will be key to maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
In this role, you're expected to:
- Work closely with the client to understand their requirements and work to deliver solutions that meet the client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across Technology, Operations and Product divisions
- Manage stakeholders and influence accordingly to meet client needs and communicate expectations
- Manage Technology and change projects with clear project plans and accountability across the various stakeholders
- Develop and demonstrate knowledge of the underlying technology stack and supported/related business area.
- Work with Citi Sales, Product and other Technology units to complete Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Due Diligence for both new client deals and existing.
- Assist in the preparation of Technology budget estimates for new client deals through interactions with Sales, Product, Operations and Technology
- Ability to drive resolution with urgency and communicate as needed production incidents to the client
- Work with Client Executives and Account Managers to provide clients with Technology support
- Manage regulatory and audit client requests where Citi assistance is needed
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- Must have Financial Services experience with a focus on Asset Management and/or Custodial and Fund Services
- Product/Platform Management experience with a focus on defining client solutions
- Excellent Project Management Skills and experience leading large initiatives
- Experience in resolving complex technical issues involving multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with clients and managing client expectations with a significant amount of uncertainty
- Strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills
- Strong Technical background preferred – able to come up to speed and understand differing technologies quickly
- Self-driven, acts with an extreme sense of urgency and passionate about delivering
- Ability to work through influence across all levels of the organization
- Manage through complexity and dependency
- Knowledge of Investment Management processes such as Trade Processing, ETFs, Fund Accounting preferred
- Experience with BlackRock Solutions Aladdin System or other OMS system a plus
- Bachelor’s/University degree in business, economics or computer science preferred
- 10 years’ experience working within Technology, Operations or Client-facing activities.
- 3+ years financial services experience

Columbus OH: $113,530 - $170,290
New York/New Jersey: $137,610 - $206,420
Boston MA - $130,730 - $196,100
