Talent Acquisition Diversity Sourcing and Channel Effectiveness Lead

This role will report to the Talent Acquisition Global Head of Strategy and Programs.

Key success factors for this role is to -

- Build strong partnership with the Citi Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and their leadership team

- Develop and implement Diverse Talent Sourcing Strategies to attract diverse talent globally

- Identify Channels and Partners to build strong diverse talent pipeline both internally and externally

- Measure, monitor and report Diverse sourcing and attraction channels and their effectiveness and diverse applicant to hire conversion rates through funnel management

- Establish diverse talent candidate care strategies

- Establish and implement Silver medalist strategies

- Analyze the candidate pipeline, diverse slates and diverse interview panels metrics to identity and action improvement opportunities

- Develop and implement inclusive hiring playbook and lead change management of inclusive hiring practices partnering with key stakeholders

- Oversee implementation of Diverse sourcing strategy in the regions

The Recruiting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution and delivery of the recruitment process in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to develop, implement and provide recruiting activities in support of the business strategy.


  • Manage a team of professionals and serve as technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven track record of transformational leadership
  • Develop detailed recruiting strategy to meet business needs for talent acquisition
  • Serve as primary point of contact with senior business leaders and Human Resources (HR) partners, such as HR Advisors and Compensation
  • Manage sensitive and confidential matters, resolve complex issues via influence, and work directly with business heads and Managing Directors to fill key positions and senior level roles
  • Engage candidates from other regions, maintain knowledge of issues relating to international relocation and expatriate process, and lead mobility efforts across regions
  • Work with Diversity team to facilitate slate processed as well as promote and manage internal mobility processes
  • Manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and serve as point of contact for both retained and contingency search firms
  • Utilize social media to build upon established network of function/business areas as well as introduce talent to managers for future hiring needs
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.


  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with people management
  • Demonstrated core recruiting, sourcing and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated identification and assessment skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong data acumen


  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master’s degree preferred
