The Leadership and Performance Solutions (LEAPS) Senior Learning Advisor for Latin America will be working on various focus areas relevant to regional development needs, such as but not limited to – Leadership, Ethics, Professional Skills, Onboarding, Digital and Innovation. This position partners closely with other members of the TL&D core team and talent advisors that support the different businesses and functions in the region. Main responsibilities include developing and managing multiple programs/initiatives for different learning strategies, project management, presenting/communicating with regional and global partners, data analysis for decision making/success measures and program facilitation. The LEAPS LATAM Senior Learning Advisor needs to be resourceful and creative, have the ability to analyze the learning needs of multiple areas, understand the regional and global resources available, connect with global stakeholders and partners on a regular basis and work in an agile fashion. Required skills include intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint, fluency writing and speaking in English and Spanish, aptitude for problem solving and data analytics and previous experience facilitating development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of the regional strategy for building digital capabilities
  • Lead and manage special projects or initiative requests from business partners
  • Support with Core Services team partners in Talent, Performance, Diversity and functional learning
  • Connect with global stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
  • Facilitate regional development programs
  • Support the development of presentations, communications and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes, including presentations to HR and Business Partners and communications / marketing to learners or other audiences
  • Support the development and implementation of consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of LEAPS solutions and proactively execute improvements as needed
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of ongoing process improvement opportunities to proactively address pain points in the learner experience

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 8 years of work experience in leadership training and corporate learning, with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented team player with a strong sense of accountability and consistent follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high-quality and detail-oriented work products
  • Strong writing skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to escalate issues and propose potential solutions
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Some experience in Project Management and Change Management is valued
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).  Portuguese preferable

  • Bachelor’s / University Degree or equivalent experience
