Senior Business Analyst-Vice President-COS-Tampa

Enterprise Infrastructure Operations and Technology (EIO&T) plays a central role in driving value for Citi and its clients. EIO&T Chief Operating Officer (COO) Chief of Staff (COS) office supports COO in various business office activities including building monthly scorecards for all sectors in EIO&T.

COS office is looking for a Lead Business Analyst in support of this function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in building the monthly scorecard
  • Assist in managing the process across each sector in building the scorecard
  • Support in analysis of data and metrics
  • Prepare staff meeting materials
  • Support the creation of strategy decks and related communication material
  • Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to Senior Management
  • Build strong relationships with business office stakeholders
  • Help in driving successful & timely completion of various programs in COS business office
  • Ensure consistency of deliverables across all activities
  • Communicate to all stakeholders (including Senior Management) on a timely basis in a clear way

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management,  Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or closely related field (MBA or PMP is Plus).
  • 5-7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an IT Business Analyst, Project Manager, PM Analyst, or closely related position.
  • Excellent PC and technical skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookup), Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SharePoint & Collaborate sites.  
  • Full term of work experience must include managing a wide scope of stakeholders, Well-honed relationship management skills, excellent written and verbal communication; and effective organization skills
  • Architect and execute executive reporting trends and analytics – experience with reporting at appropriate levels (team, client, executive) – has the ability to recap and articulate key messages 
  • Must be a motivated, self-starter who can independently handle tasks with little oversight.
  • Power User of: SharePoint; Word; Excel; PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead program work on a global large scale level.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication skills which can be leveraged to consistently succeed
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills
  • Individual should be analytical, flexible, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
