Primary responsibility is Records Management Program Lead (RMPL) for the Compliance side of the Independent Compliance Risk Management organization globally. Secondary responsibility includes coordination of Continuity of Business (CoB) activities for ICRM entities in North America.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Records Management Program Lead for your area of coverage, promote and support compliance with the Records Management (
  • Policy, Standards Procedures
  • Primary RMPLs to attend all biweekly RMPL meetings or listen to the recorded version within 3 weeks Discuss RM key risks, emerging risks
  • along with mitigation plans
  • Support the adoption of RM Enterprise MCA Profile ( across Assessment units ( Continue to provide guidance and support to
  • business in managing issues covering RM and interfacing with Auditors/Examiners when appropriate
  • Continue to monitor and govern the key indicators associated with your coverage area, hold regular meetings, cascade communications and
  • escalate ongoing key indicator issues
  • Support Business Functions in gap remediation thereby enhancing the Data Quality including but not limited to unmapped GOCs,
  • reconciliation, RMU metadata completeness and accuracy in line with the RM Policy Standard
  • Partner with the GRMO to create or enhance the operational processes for RM program
  • Timely close Quarterly Rule Review exercises and support Business Functions in impact assessment and the related action plans
  • Comply with the RASCI matrix and create awareness among Business Functions and RM Staff
  • Support Legal Hold Review process by furnishing correct and comprehensive attestations in a timely manner Support Business Functions
  • in submissions of Preservation plan, maintenance of Records inventory and complying with the Legal Hold communication guardrails
  • Influence the Business Functions in taking up the online training on the RM program
  • Have a well defined engagement model with the Business Functions through regular meetings and communications
  • Support engagement with the second and third line partners
  • Support and collaborate with the GRMO and other stakeholders in enhancing and executing the destruction of the off site physical and
  • structured electronic records disposal process
  • Provide Records Management support for the delivery of key O&T initiatives such as the GCB Divestiture
  • Support Technology upgrade by providing workflow enhancements as required as part of User Acceptance Testing ( of RMGT 2 0
  • Support RMGT 1 0 Retirement and Data Migration Strategy
  • Support RMOs and the business in the adoption of O 365 Records Management functionality and participate in User Acceptance Testing

(UAT where applicable

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies
  • Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to both work collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Ability to both work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in area of focus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; Advanced degree a plus
