Citi creates economic value that is systemically responsible and in our clients’ best interests. As a financial institution that touches every region of the world and every sector that shapes your daily life, our teams are charged with a mission that rivals any large tech company. Our products and solutions are the foundations of everything we do.

The Enterprise Architecture Group (EA) acts as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization.   EA utilizes the Citi Enterprise Architecture Methodology (CEAM) which is a sustainable approach that employs standard taxonomies such as business process, business function and data to consistently define Citi’s Enterprise Architecture. It facilitates holistic views of Citi’s processes and applications, highlighting the siloes that have led to duplication and complexity in processes and technology.  CEAM enables Citi to concentrate its business processes and associated data flows onto a strategic set of fit-for-purpose applications and data stores, reducing duplication of both application functionality and data. It does this in a way that balances the need to reduce complexity over time while simultaneously ensuring benefits are realized without compromising the stability of Citi’s infrastructure. Simply put, CEAM aids simplification as Citi redesigns and enhances the end-to-end architecture of the firm.  CEAM is evolving to become the Enterprise anchor to inform decision making and simplification.

Our commitment to diversity includes a workforce that represents the clients we serve globally from all walks of life, backgrounds, and origins.
