The Operations Analyst is a developing professional role which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of operations; demonstrates good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the LMS Operations area. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results.  Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact and integration with operations core activities. The main role of this position is to support the strategic execution framework for TTS CO LMS GLOBAL, which focus is on ensuring the execution of the strategic initiatives identified for the function. This portfolio of initiatives have different natures (non-technology and technology) and are supported by a variety of regional and global champions. This position interacts with several stakeholders in the region and global levels including the extended senior leadership of TTS CO LMS Global.  This position will also support in the quality and control initiatives of the area which could include activities related to Quality Control, Risk & Issue Management, Policies Management (Third Party management, Records Management, Information Security, Contingency of Business and others)


  • Collect, measure and analyze project management data related to the TTS Client Operation LMS AMERICAS strategic execution framework
  • Identify, track and close execution framework initiatives and risks with support of champions identified
  • Provides project reporting and oversight as appropriate Track execution and timelines, report progress and support in the solution of problems around the strategic initiatives
  • Facilitate coordination and cooperation for cross-functional team interaction
  • Measure adoption and manage the benefits realization obtained from initiatives implemented Applies project management skills. Requires attention to detail when making judgments based on the analysis of factual information.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
  • Manage communication with execution framework champions 
  • Support in quality & control activities related to LMS Operations


  • 2-5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in quality, control, project tracking roles as a plus
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Applications Package (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to develop good professional relationships.


  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
