Liquidity Transformation Change and Release Manager - AVP
The Treasury Liquidity Transformation team (TLT) works closely with global stakeholders to define, drive, and execute end-to-end process design and implementation efforts across Treasury groups, Finance functions, infrastructure partners in Global Finance Technology (GFT) and other business partners.
The Treasury Analyst and Assistant Change and Release Manager will be accountable and responsible for supporting transformation workstreams that deliver improved liquidity monitoring and reporting, with a focus on regulatory liquidity automated reporting solution as part of the Global Liquidity Reporting System (GLRS). This role requires a background in project management, combined with a disciplined, process-oriented approach to delivery, the ability to function in a dynamic and fluid environment, strong attention to detail and a willingness to drive multiple efforts simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Global Treasury Liquidity Transformation BAs / PMs and stakeholders to drive stories and assess and communicate potential risks
- Identify stakeholders and key organizations and build and manage relationships
- Facilitate meetings with required stakeholders and document and communicate updates
- Host training sessions for new joiners and existing stakeholders or others as needed or requested to provide training / knowledge
- Inform, consult, and escalate issues to impacted stakeholders and the Change and Release Management Manager / team
- Directly support the Change and Release Management Manager in project management and general administrative duties
- Accountable for adhering to the published GLRS processes & requirements and enforcing compliance with established processes
- Perform other duties and functions as assigned
- Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Act as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members on change and release management processes
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of control and/or project experience
- High attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective planning, organizational, and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Prior experience with Jira and Confluence is helpful but not required
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to provide information to support or in fact make sound business decisions
- Ability to collaborate, coordinate, and follow up with global stakeholders
