Liquidity Management Services Operations Team Lead (Hybrid)
The Liquidity Management Operations (LMS) Team Lead is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the LMS Operations team. The overall objective is to evaluate moderately complex and variable LMS issues with substantial potential impact and recommend an approach.
We are looking for an individual who has curiosity, drive, strong communication skills and the ability to execute, coordinate and lead operational activities.

Responsibilities
• Lead relationship with country teams to support User Roles, review process, Operational Flows & OPS Procedures enhancements.
• Establish and utilize leadership capabilities and negotiation skills to successful work with local and virtual teams and vendors
• Support with Issue Management policy & procedures, including identification and formalization of operational issues that may represent a risk to the LMS Latam TTS Client Operations organization
• Resolve varied and complex issues using professional judgment, discretion, and business expertise
• First level escalation on topics related to Operations
• Ensure deliverables expected from area are generated and distributed on time and with the quality expected
• Perform financial, statistical, and operational studies using analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies
Core Competencies

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or other relevant discipline
• Treasury, investments or Cash Management knowledge desirable
• 5 years of experience in a related role in cash and trade operations and management
