The role is responsible for day to day Operations Management of the LMS team in our Tampa Operations Hub.  The role will require the individual to manage a team of officers to deliver our day to day within the hub. The person is expected to provide leadership to the team and  have the ability to handle multiple initiatives concurrently. This role is part of a Global Hub model and the manager is expected to partner directly with the Hubs in Colombia, as well as the HUB leads in Europe and Asia.

This manager will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and prioritize workloads. The individual will function in an Client Ops leadership role, working with the Operation teams in the Hubs, Production Support, Product Managers, Development Team, Implementation teams and Technology teams to understand and manage the impact of any current gaps and new launches, guide the development of the delivery capability of fixes, solve problems and communicate status on those issues.

The manager will also ensure a strong governance of control within the team, ensuring  processes and controls are in place for Operations, and are in the forefront of our activities.

Finally, this role is also expected to drive continuous improvement of Operations and might required special project management and leadership of diverse initiatives, aligned with Business Goals and Objectives.


  • Advise on resource management and allocation of work within the managed team/project
  • Understand and be able to lead solutions for complex transactions
  • Serve as expert on special projects or assignments
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
  • Partner with leadership team as well as key partners for TTS Client Operations within Citi


  • 6-10 years of experience in financial operations in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Subject matter expertise in one or more areas of Cash and Trade Operations preferred
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in an environment where priorities are frequently changing
  • Ability to work on virtual projects
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment and in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to lead a team both in presence and remote


  • Bachelor's/University degree , Master’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferable, not required
