KYC Delivery Manager (Hybrid)
The KYC Global Delivery Manager will join the AML Investments & KYC Delivery Head, reporting to the AML Global Strategic Investments Head.
The role will focus on driving the delivery of change within the KYC application at Citi. The role will work closely with the wide variety of AML project delivery functions including the Business Analysts, Production Support and Testing teams within the Client Insights organisation.
The individual will need to build strong working relationship with Global AML Technology as well as Operational and business functions to influence decisions at a global level.
They will be responsible for monitoring the book of work and budget, the delivery of requests from Compliance functions, consistent and timely reporting of the execution as well as appropriate escalation of issues and risks. A key focus of this role is to deliver verbal and written appropriate communication to senior management about the projects – status, identified risks and proposed solutions, issues and impact.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of Transformation work along with strong knowledge of project & program management of Technology implementations. They will be highly motivated, committed and passionate about problem solving, recognition of issues along with their remedies, focused on change keeping high quality assurance standards. Ideally from a technology or operations program background they will have experience of leading and influencing people, have a strong track record of successful change management delivery and ‘making things happen’. They will have excellent interpersonal skills written and oral communication skills. They also be an effective listener and be able to facilitate team and client meetings.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry and work experience, preferably with AML background
- Strong analytical mind with excellent organization skills
- Requires excellent analytical skills in order to identify, filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources. Exercises wide degree of latitude and discretion
- Reporting skills and very good attention to detail
- Experience in a multinational corporation preferred, with a proven ability to work with people across geographic regions/countries and diverse cultures
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact effectively with different levels of management
- Ability to deliver informative, well-organized presentations
- Strong team player with excellent diplomacy and communication skills to guide, influence and convince other to change which will benefit us all,
- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving
- Understand risk culture, AML processes as well as project management principles,
- Experience of process mapping and agile delivery model
- Computer literate - proficient in Windows applications
- Fluency in English

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
