The ICG O&T Chief Operating Office is a driving factor in delivering value to our organization, our businesses, regulators and stakeholders.  With responsibility for Risk & Controls, Production Support and Business Unit Management, the Chief Operating Office enables the organization to execute on ICG O&T’s Vision and Strategy by supporting our people and leadership team.

Within ICG O&T Chief Operating Office, the Business Unit Management team is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities.  These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes; as well as providing ongoing support to the Chief Operating Office Leadership Team.

The Sr. Business Associate will be a key resource supporting global governance, reporting and communications for ICG O&T Chief Operating Office:

  • Leading the ICG O&T Chief Operating Office reporting process, ensuring that all senior management and executive level reporting requirements are met, inclusive of Monthly Controls Meeting, Scorecards, Highlights, Must-Win Battles, Quarterly Control Forums, Bi-Annual Risk Assessment,  and other reporting as needed
  • Managing our communications process through oversight of the organization’s newsletters, roundtables, town halls and off sites
  • Supporting our human capital efforts focused on improving our organizational culture through management of our VOE committee and engagement in various strategic people initiatives
  • Providing ongoing analysis and reporting to Senior Management
  • Managing ICG Operations & Technology Control & Reporting’s Real Estate Footprint in New York and other locations
  • Leading significant ad-hoc projects and control initiatives

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably in a Chief Of Staff, Business Unit Management, Risk & Control or Senior Management Reporting Role
  • Required skills include project management, quantitative aptitude, and the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex business issues through concise presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, ability to interact with Senior Management
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
  • Analytical ability, strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of ICG products and business processes
  • MBA, CPA, PMP, CSM or  Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
