The Talent Acquisition Operations SVP position will act as the Global Recruiting GPL and will have responsibility for partnering with the Recruiting GPO and regional TAO Operational teams to enhance system capabilities and improve operational processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency and enhance risk and compliance. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Including Direct Reports

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition leaders, Recruiting GPO team, HR Technology partners, TAO regional teams and other HRSS pillar and regional leaders to drive process and system capabilities/standardization
  • Partner closely with stakeholders at various level of the organization and across functional groups to identify opportunities for improvement, define and document business/functional requirements, review technical design, execute user acceptance testing, and rollout/communicate/train upon implementation
  • Lead the TAO global reengineering and innovation strategy to deliver productivity and efficiency targets while also focusing on improving the customer experience, risk and compliance and data quality  
  • Collaborate with Recruiting GPO and represent TAO globally on projects and in meetings
  • Manage capacity planning model and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on quarterly workforce management evaluation
  • Develop and oversee reporting and analytics across the organization including the development of the monthly MOR, DTA, STP and other reporting needs within the organization


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 10 + years of demonstrated leadership experience in process improvement, program management, operations or technology.  Experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and conflict resolution skills
  • Team player with the ability to manage in a matrixed environment
  • Change agent; demonstrated bias for action and sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills, to all levels in the organization including senior level
  • High intellectual curiosity.  Strong analytical and cognitive skills with ability to translate into actionable business decisions and execution plans.  
  • Ability to work within a global environment with virtual teams
  • Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Expertise with Workday functionality a significant advantage
