The Human Resources Professional Services (HRPS) Risk and Control Analyst is an entry-level position responsible for assisting with monitoring, assessment, analysis, evaluation and/or documentation of in-line business operations. The overall objective of this role is to assist with the oversight of the Risk Management Framework for the Professional Services functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the NAM and LATAM risk managers to accomplish assigned tasks and work to assist with identifying and improving the HRPS functions' process efficiency.
  • Assist with the execution of all areas of the Risk Management Framework within HRPS.
  • Seeks opportunities to enhance the efficiency of policies and procedures.
  • Creative thinking capability with ability to offer solutions to complex problems
  • Work collaboratively in a constantly changing environment
  • Data analytic review and impact assessment
  • Additional ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Logical, able to work independently under pressure and learn rapidly
  • Possess interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to consistently demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-starter
  • Comfort with ambiguity 
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, and macros
  • Ability to embrace developmental feedback

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree
