The Institutional Clients Group Operations and Technology Organizational Program Management Office (ICG O&T OPMO) Transformation Program Manager will be part of the ICG O&T OPMO organization’s
Transformation Governance & Oversight team, and ICG Tech Transformation Central Team. The ICG OPMO Transformation Governance & Oversight
group is responsible for providing oversight, standards, and central reporting for
delivery of ICG Technology’s regulatory remediation and cross-sector work efforts across the Transformation book of work, ensuring it is executed in an efficient, effective, and controlled manner.
This position will work alongside and in close partnership with the Transformation Workstream Program Managers, Line of Business Function PMOs, and ICGT O&T Transformation helping to ensure effective oversight of large ICGT O&T transformation programs, through the analysis of Transformation reporting including identifying control gaps, inconsistent application of Transformation book of work
guidance, and challenging these observations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of check & challenge process across the ICG O&T Transformation work efforts and milestones

  • Represent the ICG O&T OPMO on data quality related matters and interface effectively with the ICG O&T lines of business, and sector and function partners

  • Drive adherence to the Transformation guidance

  • Actively promote and solicit support for better management of the Transformation book of work across the ICG O&T lines of business

  • Analyze reports to identify trends, patterns, and issues related to the management of

  • Transformation book of work and present findings and recommendations to the, ICG O&T Transformation Lead, Workstream PMs, and Function PMOs

  • Provide reporting and informational updates to OPMO, Transformation Workstream PMs

  • Collaborate with function PMOs on Transformation book of work management matters and promote an environment conducive to information exchange and data quality improvement

  • Continuously assess the Transformation reporting and oversight process and introduce improvements and best practices, as needed

  • Support in ICG O&T OPMO Transformation projects


  • 5+ years of work experience in Project Management with proven success in project execution

  • PMP Certification is a plus

  • Experience in developing and implementing new business processes

  • Experience working with cross functional teams and senior executive management

  • Working knowledge of the PTS tool and reporting

  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills; being able to analyze data, draw conclusions, identify trends and issues, and diagnose root cause of issues

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver high-quality results


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
