Citi’s Global Talent Acquisition Brand & Marketing team is seeking a talented, collaborative, and versatile Global Marketing Senior Analyst with strong communications and social media skills. They will also have a data driven mindset and partner cross-functionally to develop data driven strategies to drive engagement to deliver on business goals.

We are looking for a bright and energetic individual to join our team in managing our Citi Careers Social Media channels and partnering with internal stakeholders on channel and distribution strategies. You will play a critical role in helping to share our brand story and establishing Citi as an employer of choice for prospective candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work in a fun, fast paced environment in a global capacity. In this role, you will support the creation and development of Citi's Global Talent Acquisition Social Media strategies globally, regionally and manage content publishing and engagement activities across social platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in social media and ability to work with key stakeholders – internally across regions, lines of businesses and external agency partners to achieve deliverables. Candidates should be team players with a strong understanding of marketing and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

The role will include (but not limited to)

  • Develop content calendars for paid, organic and campaign based initiatives and partner across the firm to curate, create and amplify content to build a more attractive candidate proposition and amplify Citi as an employer of choice
  • Monitoring trends in social media channels, utilize competitive research and leverage data and metrics to inform and refine future social media campaigns and content
  • Becoming a Social Media advocate for Global Talent Acquisition by engaging and educating the wider firm of our initiatives, strategy and data
  • Assisting with the daily marketing, branding and social media initiatives including strategic development of digital presence and candidate experience.
  • Responsible for community management by responding to questions, comments, reviews across all social channels and company platforms
  • Creative work editing marketing assets on Adobe Photoshop & Papirfly
  • Partner with regional stakeholders, Global Public Affairs, Legal, and external agencies on content creation, approval and execution
  • Work closely the team, regional partners and 3rd party vendors to drive projects on the Career Sites, Social Media, and Marketing Campaigns
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a marketing environment (corporate preferred, but not required)
  • In depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media content scheduling tools such as Sprinklr
  • Self-starter, comfortable with analytics and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in marketing copy
  • Strong project and relationship management skills
  • Possesses good knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Graphic design experience a plus

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, related field of study or equivalent experience
