The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting AVP is a professional responsible for driving quality controls activities across the FR Y-14 (Q/M/A) schedules as well as to develop materials supporting the CCAR CFO attestation.
Responsibilities:
The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting AVP (Controls) is a professional responsible for governing quality controls activities across the FR Y-14 (Q/M/A) schedules as well as supporting change management of data / systems / instructions which impact the FR Y-14 series.
Responsibilities:
- This individual will be responsible for performing the below functions across the FR Y-14 Schedules:
- Enhance / Maintain FR Y-14 Governance Standards in line with revised Policy framework.
- Maintain / implement and obtain approval of FR Y-14 Materiality Standard.
- Restatement procedures and process.
- Monitor completion and enhancement of FR Y-14 Process Flows through firm standard tools.
- Enhance mechanism to log, track and monitor changes that impact regulatory reporting (e.g., technology changes / data remediation), including metrics and KRIs.
- Support / manage the change management process for FRB instructional changes.
- The FR Y-14 Actuals Reporting AVP (Controls) will work closely with numerous key stakeholders throughout the organization, including Risk, Data Services, Finance, the Regulatory Reporting Interpretive Office, GCB and ICG Businesses, Regulators, and senior business leaders.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- 2+ years of work experience in Financial/Regulatory Reporting/Risk Management (Credit, Market or Liquidity) function within a major global financial institution Regulatory reporting experience (.e.g., FR Y-14, FR Y-9C).
- Proven track record managing changes which impact regulatory reports (e.g., data, systems, FRB instructions) while working with various stakeholders. Familiarity with Risk and Finance reporting data infrastructures and platforms (Citi systems knowledge preferred) across multiple products, functions, and/or businesses preferred.

- Project Management or BA experience within a major global financial institution preferred.
Professional Skills:
● Strong knowledge in regulatory reporting process (FR Y-14 preferred), preferably attained through working in risk management, finance, regulatory reporting or operations.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assimilate large amounts of information to arrive at well-reasoned decisions.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a concise manner to executive management.
● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, able to leverage relationships and work collaboratively across the organization.
● Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, escalate, voice concerns or raise questions.
Bachelor’s degree/University degree with a major in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics CPA/CFA/FRM Qualifications are a plus.

We are currently working on a hybrid schedule consisting of 2-3 days in office and the remainder remote (specific details depend on location and business group). This is not a remote only role.
