The Enterprise and Infrastructure Sourcing Lead within the Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) Sourcing team will lead Sourcing for a portfolio of suppliers and contracts with key responsibilities including: Strategy and Planning, Sourcing and Contracting, Supplier Management and Stakeholder Management. Primary stakeholders: Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI).   

The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading Global Technology Sourcing initiatives with direct experience in Enterprise and Technology Infrastructure Software and IT Professional Services working in a complex multinational organization. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Establish strong relationships with internal business / technology stakeholders; build a strong understanding of strategic business / technology direction, requirements and priorities across assigned suppliers and/or spend categories.
  • Lead global category council and supplier management forums developing and maintaining comprehensive category and supplier strategies and Sourcing plans
  • Lead cross-functional project teams; acting as trusted advisor to key business / technology stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage a high-performance Sourcing team with strong technical and functional coaching and mentorship
  • Proactively identify opportunities and establish sourcing project pipeline to achieve savings targets and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Citi’s policies and procedures related to Sourcing, Contracting and Supplier Risk Management.
  • Manage successful execution of portfolio of initiatives for assigned technology portfolio across the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process
  • Perform financial analysis including demand scenario modeling, P&L impact analysis and benchmark comparisons
  • Manage key supplier relationships with a focus on quality, service, delivery, risk and cost.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of previous Sourcing and/or Technology / Business-related experience; significant experience required in the sourcing of Enterprise and Technology Infrastructure Software and IT Professional Services
  • Knowledge and experience with Procurement applications (e.g. eRFx, eAuction, P2P)
  • Experience working in a large, global, highly matrixed organization
  • Financial Services industry experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading Sourcing teams and managing large, complex sourcing initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong financial modeling and deal structuring skills
  • Takes initiative and has the ability to effectively organize, multi-task and prioritize a wide array of initiatives
  • Aptitude for innovation
  • High integrity and ethics
