The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes.  An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.

  • Gather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communications
  • Develop content for relevant governance forums
  • Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior Management
  • Liaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agenda
  • Lead work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy
  • Develop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communication applications of new processes and facilitating the change management program to move to the new process
  • Strong Derivatives product knowledge across product types such as Foreign Exchange, Rates, Credit and Commodities and data elements including reference data, trade indicative data, collateral, notional amount, mark-to-market, and maturity date.
  • Analyze underlying systems across global banking architecture (front, middle and back office) for each product type to determine the data issue remediation system.
  • Recommend and develop consistent tactical or strategic solutions based on common root cause across data issues.
  • Produce data analysis to confirm compliance of solution identified against Capital and Liquidty regulatory requirements.
  • Assess and monitor the performance of controls to ensure pervasiveness of tactical solutions.
  • Drive issue remediation planning and execution by collaborating with the issue submitters and remediation owners and leveraging tools such as JIRA, Service Now.
  • Develop requirements document (business and functional), drive User Acceptance Testing and post-production activities, inclusive of all required documentation.
  • Drive implementation of solutions across systems in a consistent and timely manner.
  • Partner with other departments, regions and functions, such as data providers, business desks, Risk and Finance teams (such as Treasury, Controllers, Capital, Reporting), to ensure alignment and collaboration on issue management and resolution.
  • Analyze regulatory commitments and translate regulatory needs into internal capabilities that needs to be developed.
  • Manage data demands triggered by regulatory requirements and develop requirements for data provision.
  • Monitor data quality controls through the review of dashboards, manage data quality exceptions and prioritize remediation of exceptions.


  • 10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferred
  • Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
  • Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
  • Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
  • Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
  • Working knowledge of Citi’s Data Operating Model
