Citi Learning works to drive business performance by connecting employees with relevant and innovative learning experiences when and where they need them. Global Risk L&D manages the learning strategy overall for the Global Risk Management Organization and Risk Training for the entire enterprise.  The Data and Reporting Associate for Risk Learning & Development will play a key role in developing reports and dashboards and assist in making decisions about Risk Learning programs using data.


  • Acquire, process, combine, integrate, clean, and verify the integrity of data from multiple sources
  • Create new, experimental frameworks to collect data
  • Build tools to automate data collection and build reports
  • Conduct initial data investigation and exploratory data analysis
  • Prototype and refine engaging dashboards and reports based on user input
  • Present learning analytics results to stakeholders
  • Prepare analytics as necessary for planning and other purposes
  • Create ad hoc reports and analysis based on data
  • Analyze trends and the data and create engaging presentations to communicate insights from the data


  • Passionate about Learning & Development
  • Programming experience: programming languages like SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, D3.js
  • Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g., PowerBi, QlikView, Tableau)
  • Experience with common data science toolkits and methods
  • Ability to visualize data in the most effective way possible for a given project or study
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Inquisitiveness: Look beyond what’s on the surface to discover patterns and solutions within the data.
  • Data storytelling: Communicate actionable insights using data, often for a non-technical audience.
  • Strong applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Capable of performing effectively and independently in complex situations with limited supervision
  • Excellent organizational, planning, prioritization and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving and changing priorities; remain resilient, positive and flexible
  • Innovative and keen to try new ways of doing things
  • Proven track record of delivery and achievement.  Ensures high quality outcomes are delivered within committed timelines.


  • Education/Learning, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, Education, Organizational Development, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years professional work experience in Data Science, Business Administration, Learning and Development, Project Management, Organizational Development or related field.
  • Experience using Learning Management Systems and reporting capabilities
  • Strong demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Moderate to high level proficiency in Microsoft Office software: SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Demonstrated business intelligence, programming and web development skills desired: SQL, Power Bi, Python, R, JavaScript HTML, CSS
