CSIS Global Operations is responsible to provide structure, governance, guidance and support on the development and execution of strategic programs such as: Project Management, Third Party Management, Merger & Acquisitions, Thus, the project management program manager position gives important support to our area through the following activities:
Supports in the design and implementation of a global standard methodology and definition of the corresponding tools to properly manage the CSIS projects portfolio, ensuring proper compliance and available funding.
Supports in the initiation, planning, implementation, control, reporting and closing of large enterprise projects.
Provides timely escalation and reporting to Global Operations Senior Global Project management on the progress of the projects performance and execution ensuring the defined business objectives are achieved within budget and planned schedule.
Assists the project management program by providing model proposals and project management methodologies; supports design and implementation, including continued training and communications for each project allocated resources.
Facilitates the formalization of project plans, determination of activities, sub-activities, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies detection, interactions, metrics and charts. Maintains the CSIS Project Inventory and ensures proper escalation to move initiatives forward. Tracks Global CSIS projects.
Supports Vendors Management standards and procedures for all Regions (ASPAC, EMEA, LATAM, NAM) according to best vendor management practices in compliance with Citi Supplier Selection andManagement Policy.
- Bi-Lingual Spanish required. (To include writing)
- 7-10 years of project management experience.
Extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management, systems development methodology, process management.
Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management, Demonstrated abilities to enact and drive change
Minimum BA, (Project Management), PMP, MBA preferred
Demonstrated self-starter and resourceful individual, with experience of operating in fast paced and dynamic process operational settings.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, through all levels of the organization.
Self-motivated with the ability and maturity to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Experience in working in an international team environment
Industry familiarity in banking, risk management or compliance
