The Finance Reporting Senior Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for the generation, tracking and submission of financial reports in coordination with the Finance Team. The overall objective of this role is to accurately prepare and report business/financial transactions, reports and statements in accordance with local regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of Citi’s commitments, MRIA, transformation and regulatory initiatives as it pertains to FRSS Risk Weighted Assets reporting
  • Continuously improve upon a centralized process for RWA system changes (MQC, JIRA) including initiation, impact analysis, testing and communication
  • Optimize production sustainability which effectively tracks and ensures actions on issues (through incident tickets or other), adjustment elimination, EUC (End User Computing) elimination efforts
  • Report on metrics and key process indicators for the FRSS RWA reporting process globally
  • Work closely with key FRSS, Capital Planning, Risk and Technology partners to enable expectation management 
  • For all processes above ensure strong controls to support a sustainable audit ready production process and rigorous and well communicated change management.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ year’s work experience in finance, accounting and / or risk.
  • BS in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Math, or related field
  • Strong background in one or more of the Reporting Operations disciplines or areas of Finance (can include Prudential Reports, RWA, CCAR, Liquidity Reports or other Finance or Risk Reporting).
  • Experience in project management, especially with large projects within complex operational environments.
  • Ability to multi-task and be a team player.
  • Clear and concise communication (written, verbal) skills.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
