  • Oversee and monitor the Settlement and Reconciliation Process at Regional level to determine the best strategy for LATAM 
  • Participate as SME in the reconciliation process during Migration Projects to a new processor ECS+.
  • Lead investigations with vendors to preserve proper cash inflows and cash outflows
  • Identify manual process in order to reengineer/implement Robotics and streamline operations
  • Work in partnership with risk and control in Commercial Cards operations by retrieving information from Compliance Systems (GMRS)
  • Contribute on the implementation of visual management in regards of spending- volume, P&L. (Power BI)
  • Assist and support Operations Department with financial analysis, KPI(s), MCA and KRI(s) data
  • Lead projects for implementations, example: GMRS (Global Management Report System) / Flexcube
  • Manage VISA & MC bills- events to review trending
  • Act as account owner for Puerto Rico covering operational procedures (payments)
  • Supervise and control vendor (Hexaware) responsible for activities . Assist on inquiries/requests from the team.
  • Adhere to and follow Citi policies and procedures in all activities
  • Continuously develop knowledge of all relevant Citi products and services
  • Data Management for Commercial Cards in relation to Client and internal performance in order to analyze and propose actions and strategies
  • Support Digital agenda based on data analysis and cross reference of self-servicing capabilities


  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple functions (Corporate Reporting, Finance, Risk & Operations).
  • Produce analytics for variance and root cause on platform functionality build-out, data feeds, product and processes.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills required.
  • Cards/acquiring experience an advantage
  • Excellent analytical background and skill set to understand settlement processes, including system data flows.
  • Able to work with large volumes of data from different sources.
  • Self-motivated with ability to make decisions and maintain a controlled environment.
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive and goal-oriented.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)

  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving skills
