Applications Support Senior Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Senior Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Analyze IT processes and utilize results to provide controls and compliance support by implementing gating process for User Acceptance Testing and Production Applications across IT functions. Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users. Recommend and develop security measures in post implementation analysis of business usage to ensure successful system design and functionality. Consult with users/clients and other technology groups on issues, recommend advanced programming solutions, and install and assist customer exposure systems. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Working in application development and/or application support; Utilizing Unix commands, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, ETL, WebSphere, job scheduling tools, system monitoring tools, and App Dynamic; Working in the Finance accounting domain; Troubleshooting and performing log analysis throughout application components; and Working on Ab Initio and Database related projects. 40 hrs./wk.
